YECOA YL-501B is an Aluminum coating agent of single-liquid type and natural drying type with

combination of 99%-pure Aluminum powder and polymer resin, and effective for repair of insufficient

parts in steel materials processed with hot dip galvanizing. YL-501B contains Aluminum for excellent

resistance to corrosion and heat being used for rust prevention of steel materials, and is used for

improvement of rust inhibition by simultaneously providing general rust inhibition and electrical rust

inhibition effects to the parts where aluminum plating is impossible for operation due to the large and

complicated shapes of the rust inhibition object.

      chemical resistance.

  ● High-adhesion special binder plating agent for vessel, vehicle, bridge, power generation, building, etc.

      or even already corroded metal surfaces.

 ● Rust inhibition for steel materials and structures.

 ● Repair and substitution for zinc plating, repair and finish coating for damaged part of plating.

 ● Bridge, steel tower, steel automobile, railroad vehicle, gas piping, pipe, etc.

 ● High-temperature generation part such as automotive muffler, etc.

● Always wear safety equipment before work.

● Clean the dust, oil contents and grease on the metal surface.

(Using our metal cleaner, they are removed easily)

● Shake up and down lightly before use.

● Spray twice or three times to make thick film formed.

● Spray it about 20~30cm away from target object.

● Apply it again depending on desired thickness.

● Time for tack free drying is about 2∼3 minutes.

● Complete hardening takes 24 hours.

● Use the target after complete hardening.

 ※ Please observe the following points when storing and using the product and discard.

● Even though it is low-flammable, keep away from fire to spray it.

● Provide good ventilation for long-time use.

● Keep it in the well-ventilated place below 40℃.

● Do not use it toward fire.

● Do not use near heater or stove.

● Do not use in the room using fire.

● Do not keep it in the place above 40℃.

● Provide ventilation to use it in the closed room.

● Do not throw it away into fire.

● Punch the can to throw it away.

● Do not keep it in the closed place.

● Spraying may not work well below 5℃.
